TOMEI EXPREME-TI TITANIUM EXHAUST: (TYPE-D STYLE) - 2017 - 2021 Honda Civic Type R (FK8)

The Tomei Expreme Ti Titanium Cat-back Exhaust for the 2017-2022 Honda Civic FK8 is a full titanium system for drivers seeking a light and high-power system. By making this a Dual exit exhaust and as straight as possible, Tomei was able to gain power and torque throughout the power-band on a stock FK8 with the added benefit of massive weight reduction!

Original Titanium Material
- Sourcing raw materials allow Tomei to significantly improve quality whilst also keeping the price low. In addition, having complete control over the raw materials and manufacturing process is what allows Tomei to produce high quality products at an affordable price.

4 Piece Assembly
- The mid-section is connected using springs and clamps rather than conventional flanges. The flexibility of the joint springs helps prevent cracks from vibrations. Whilst these springs provide a secure connection between each section, the clamp bands and slits on the pipe ends offer additional reassurance when installing.

Silencer
- The 152mm silencer casing is made with exhaust efficiency in mind. Each unit is embossed with our logo then polished and heat treated for our signature look. The all titanium 1mm thick inner tube features 3 perforations spaced 5mm apart to achieve an open area ratio of 32.6%. Using titanium maximizes weight reduction and durability whilst also providing that distinct racing sound. Long Fiber glass wool is used in all Tomei silencers. Compared to short fiber glass wool, longer fibers are much more resilient to wear especially against prolonged high temperatures / pressure conditions.

Flange
- Although conventional pressed flanges are lighter, Tomei flanges are cut from 8mm thick titanium, making them more resistant to cracking and warping. In addition, the opening diameter is kept the same as stock to ensure a secure seal.
